The amenities at this location were average looking but well maintained. They were convenient to major highways, numerous malls and plenty of restaurants. The leasing professional was friendly and made me feel welcome and appreciated. If I had been a real potential resident, I would have leased an apartment the same day. Based on the experience, I would recommend the community to others.

If the ceiling/floors for the above are this dense allowing for such noise in all of the first floor apartments I would not recommend anyone moving into a first floor.

I have lived here for 13 years and worked here for 8 of those.Wonderful Comunity Director and very proffessional staff.The maintenance team is doing real well and is always there when requested.

Homey, attractive grounds and buildings, pool and spa, nice staff, everything works I.e. Parking, mail, trash, communication from office, AMAZING responsiveness to service requests.

This was a great community with amenities, including a pool. It was in the heart of the Ballantyne are and had friendly staff. I would recommend to others and it is in a great location.

The parking isn't great especially in the summer

To your point about parking, yes our summers are busier with residents having guests over more frequently. I will check for any available reserved parking near your apartment and get back with you.

I prefer more urban environments, I find ridiculous that I need to drive to throw the trash. I also dislike that tenants are allowed to smoke in their balconies, because all their nasty smoke comes into my apartment.
