Lived here for year and half,if it wasn't for the total lack of attention to renters issues I would rate it 5,however after many maintenance issues that took an inordinate amount of time to address,example from nov4 till this date nove14 no operating heat other than emergency!!!! In the coldest weather this year,as one of many examples,buy a tent and live on the street would be a better option

Safe feeling atmosphere!

They are very nice apartment homes. Each floor plan is large and unique and the customer service is awesome.

I think it is in a great location. The staff are all great and take interest in all the members personally. The maintenance staff is prompt and kind. I wish the buildings were cleaned more regularly aspecially after pollin season. There are also quite a bit of cockroaches and spider webs on my building. Other than that its great!

Managment and maint are why I choose to live here. They are exceptional! Plus the apartments are very quiet and I love my floorplan!

The community here is so nice, and with so many shops and restaurants within walking distance, not to mention easy access to parks and the airport, there's nothing not to like.

I would recommend this apartment community to others because management provides a warm, inviting living situation adaptable to all needs.

I think the amenities are good, the location is outstanding, the office staff is kind and supportive. I have already recommended it to new hires at my place of business.

The grounds are well kept and it is peaceful living here.

The leasing professional is a treasure. She loves the community and all it stands for. She represented her community better than any agent I have ever dealt with. The community was beautiful and well maintained.

Quiet, clean, friendly community for families or adult professionals. BBQue grills & new dog park are above and beyond expectations. Consistent high level of maintenance and repair.

I believe the quality of the kitchen appliances is inferior... probably need to be updated. That is my main criticism. I also think the fees for water are inflated, based on my experience of living in a 10-room home with a family of 4!

I have no complaints about Marquis at Preston, my experience has been positive.

I have no complaints about living here. Every issue has been addressed in a timely manner and all questions are answered thoroughly and in a timely manner.

I would recommend this community because it is clean, safe, the apartment staff is professional and courteous, and I feel I have a good value for the apartment I have in the area that it is in.
