I chose this property due to location, just a few min walk and you on the beautiful Plaza, with fine dining and shopping, and the bonus of parks and a creek at your feet. That may not be most important for families but for a single guy like me it is close to perfect. I guess you may pay a little premium for those pleasures. I see mostly young students living here but it is surprisingly quiet for that kind of population. Property is well maintained, staff is responsive to requests. My apt was in good condition when moved in and little things, took some time, but were worked out. I had to compromise to a smaller apt as bigger ones were a longer wait so apply beforehand.

This gated community provides a safe and welcoming environment. The amenities are attractive and the apartments are well designed and furnished.

Living near the plaza has been a great experience There are so many shops, restaurants and venues to attend. The walking paths near the apartment have been fantastic and the responsiveness of the professional staff is phenomenal.

The apartment amenities far exceed the other apartment amenities in close proximities. The management staff are all professional, understaning and caring.

From the time that I walked in to the time that I walked out, I felt like I was in a classy hotel down in Miami. There was not a hair out of place. The grounds were meticulous. The amenities were great. To live so close to the plaza with all those stores, wow!

I really was excited about the community after I left. It was just beautiful. The leasing professional did a great job of presenting the community. The property was exactly what I would want.

The leasing professional came across as highly energetic and professional. The explanations of amenities with their features and benefits were explained to me very well. They were pointed out to me to see, feel and ask questions. The leasing professional showed affirmations with little phrases after each question such as "yes, I see" or "great" or "wonderful." This really showed that the staff cared about what I was saying or needing. The community looked great except for the construction. An outside area where I re-entered looked worn and dirty but perhaps it was due to construction traffic. The office and model apartment were very well maintained, smelled fresh and felt comfortable. The value for what was offered seemed to be in line with the neighborhood. I could call this place home because it is very comforting. The staff professionalism's sure made me feel that way.

Upon entering, I was immediately placed at ease. I felt as though moving in and living in the community would be relaxing and welcome.
