I thought this community would be a very nice place to live.

I was very impressed by the overall look of the whole property. The apartments were very spacious, and the appliances were all up to date. The price was more than reasonable, and the location is minutes away from the plaza, west-port area and UMKC college. The customer service from the leasing agent was amazing.

The property was up to date with all the latest amenities. Located in a prestigious area, the community lived up to the standards of the area. The apartments were exceptional, along with the amenities.

This community is a must see. It is located near just about everything. The community has just about everything you need, except for the grocery store on-site. The staff seems to genuinely care about your needs and making it a happy place to live.

From the minute I called until I left the property, I felt that this community was great. You can tell that although the rent is higher than a lot in that area, you are truly paying for all the extras you will get. The leasing professional seemed to know what was on my mind and what questions I was going to ask. I did not have to say a lot because he had so much information. He was very friendly and inviting.

I have really enjoyed my time renting at Fountain View on the Plaza. While it is on the higher end of rentals on the Country Club Plaza, the luxury feel and very usable amenities make it worth every dollar. There is easy access to anything you would need, and it is within walking distance to so many cultural staples. I would recommend this property to my friends, as well as people that are new to Kansas City and looking for things to do and people to meet.

I've lived in my apartment for approximately 18 months. Every maintenance issue has been handled promptly and never have they had to come back for the same problem. Issues we've had have been minor. The property is well-maintained, nicest apartment complex pool/hot tub I've seen, excellent fitness equipment. The staff is wonderful and very helpful.

This is a stunning property that looks as though it belongs on the Mediterranean. It offers a swimming pool with cabanas, business center, fitness center and a parking garage. Apartments each come with a full size washer and dryer. The clubhouse is beautifully decorated and includes a coffee bar.

It is a gorgeous apartment complex with numerous amenities that are well maintained. The buildings were very poorly constructed and are not designed for the hot summers and cold winters (energy bills are high, pipes freeze in the winter, etc.). The staff is extremely friendly, but not always the most helpful with serious issues. I've had a few issues with rent checks that were quite serious; staff forgot to follow up on my issues, did not keep my files organized and once laughed off the issue as it was a "simple mistake".

John was great. He went above and beyond his job duties.

Fountainview is a great place to live if you like to be close to the plaza. It has very modern interiors and appliances. The gym is really good compared to most apartment complex fitness centers. The complex is very secure with perimeter gates, key access to hallways, alarm systems, and roaming patrols.

The apartments are in a great location. I think they are well maintained and the grounds are well kept.
