I probably would. The amenities are very nice, but not always available. Usually due to rented out for parties, or mechanical malfunctions. I also don’t think minor upgrades that improve function and value should be of charge to the tenant or tenants.

They are accommodating and responsive

The only reason Maris doesn't get a 10 is that we would like a balcony. Can't have everything!

A beautiful place to call home!

My impression of this community was that it was a cutting edge community that was very well maintained. It was located in a great location to shopping and access major to highways.

It is great location and amenities are good.

I have told a couple people that I like the apartment but I don’t like how loud it is in the courtyard at night and how the third floor smells like weed constantly. It makes it seem very low income and I’m probably not going to stay more than a year because I don’t want to be breathing that in.

I would recommend because it is a very nice property and offers great amenities... the only area of concern is how the fitness rooms are easy to use and better rules on use of renting the Harbor Room.

The Harbor Room is hardly ever used for private events or guests...maybe come up with some creative ways to offer use to residents without strict rules and extra cost. A good suggestion is 1 complimentary rental per lease year.

Need to have better insulation between floors. Can hear people walking on hard floor.

This was a peaceful and cozy environment to live. The property was strategically located with easy access roads and proximity to the highway. The staff was warm and friendly.

The only reason I would not recommend is because the price is too high. Not sure why the rent isn't market based.

Only negative - pigeons in garage!!

This was a new community which was commissioned in February of 2018. The architecture, the design, and the decor were very modern. It was definitely a five star community. It offered a swimming pool, fitness center, yoga center, game room, business room, conference room, grille area, community club and movie theater. The leasing professional did a great job showing me these amenities and selling the community. They had maintenance staff to take care of the residents and their needs. I would definitely recommend the community to all my friends.

If I was a real customer, I would consider moving there. The amenities were exceptional and so much to choose from. The apartment was also nice, however, I would more than likely get a larger floor plan that the one I toured. The staff seemed to really have a rapport with their residents.

This is a very modern and upscale community, I would love living here. I would recommend to friends and family.
