Overpriced. People who live here are rude. The office lies and is of no help.

I would recommend because of excellent customer service provided by Maris and the overall apartment living experience.

It’s very very expensive and small. Great apartments but overpriced and they’ve oversold the parking garage.

The building itself and the quality of the apartment are wonderful. I'd probably recommend the community to singles or couples; the community is kid friendly for sure, but there isn't much outside of the building for children.

Extremely loud neighbors above apartment that hasnt been handled. Made 6 or 7 complaints. Havent been addressed to satifactory!!!

Since we moved in June 2018, the caliber of people living here has significantly declined. There is always the smell of marijuana in hallways, trash thrown all over the trash rooms, it’s noisy, people let their dogs poop in the hallways, cars are parked in other people’s reserved parking spots and nothing is done about it. In general, it seems like a lot of unprofessional people have moved in here and made this place look bad. I will not miss this place when we move out in June, 2020.

The price is just too high.

I would caveat the recommendation with all the pain points mentioned and let them make their decision.

I was not very impressed with the location of the building, but once inside, I forgot what bugged me about the outside. The leasing office/lobby was very inviting and a nice place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee/tea and/or look at the information displayed on the wall of activities/events in the area. The added amenities were well thought out and were truly an extension of a resident’s apartment. I definitely could see myself living here.

the noise on the first floor- courtyard and dogs barking is disruptive

Friendly and professional staff, nice kitchen features, apartments are decent in size, clean community, walking distance to shops and eateries, and nearby downtown. I am very likely to recommend this community to family and friends.

This is a community that has all the bells and whistles. The roof-top amenities give the WOW-factor. The staff member I met with was a true professional who gave me a great tour of the community. I am very likely to recommend this community to family and friends.
