The management professional I met with was pleasant and helpful. She covered all the details I felt I needed to know in order to make my decision. She was knowledgeable about the property and clearly she was quite happy living there. The property was well maintained and equipped with many amenities.

The community was clean. The leasing professional was very nice. The price was a little too high, though.

Everything about this experience was positive and was handled in a professional and appealing way. I really liked the community and especially the unit that I was shown. I thought that the one bedroom with a den unit that I was steered toward would suit my stated needs perfectly. I liked the view, the amenity package and the close proximity of the Boardwalk area with its many waterfront restaurants. I also liked the new appliances, the in-unit laundry and the garage parking. I thought that Sophie did a very effective job of showing it to me and of giving me every reason and opportunity to rent the unit.

These were nicely kept apartments. The grounds are in pretty good shape. The location is nice. I would say the overall experience with the leasing agent was okay. Maybe, she could have been a little more warm and could have created a better rapport. With that being said, I would say that the appliances and bathrooms look very nice, and it seemed like an adequate sized apartment. I would consider it.
