This community is one of the best communities that I have seen. The amenities, services and unique features set this community apart from the rest. I would love to call this community my new home. I enjoyed my tour with the leasing professional very much.

The service and amenities at the building are minimal and the fixtures, doors, appliances, etc are the lowest grade possible.
You can easily find much higher quality construction and amenities at a lower price outside of Marina Bay.
Nothing is included in the rent - all utilities, garage, pet fees, etc are an extra charge.
The package handling procedures are very loose. If you work during the day, the only time you can get a package is on Saturday, IF the office is open, IF there is someone in the office and not out touring prospects.

The property has a lot to offer. If you are looking for a place to live that will provide a high quality of life, I would recommend this property. You get great value for the money. It affords the renters an opportunity to capitalize on living. You can walk down to the Boardwalk for dinner, drinks, or shopping. There are paths along the property for jogging or biking. You are minutes away from the city. It is literally the best of both worlds in one location. You can have events at the property, you can workout in the fitness center. There is a washer/dryer in the apartments. It provides a full living experience, with a hair salon and cleaners right on the property.

This is a beautiful well maintained property. The apartments are roomy and all utilities are included in the rental cost. If you enjoy beaches and waterfronts then this is the place you should live.

The community was really nice, but I thought the size of the apartments were a little small for the price.

The community is very upscale and the apartment layout is unique. There are many upgraded features with countertops and full size washer/dryers. The Leasing Professional is gracious and supportive and the community appears to be a great place to live.

Nice community that feels like in the middle of nowhere, but so close to Boston. Maintenance is usually quick and efficient. Apartments are nice. However, it gets too noisy in the mornings, when the trucks are there to collect the trash, and at night, with all the climate-controlling equipment outside.

The only thing this community is missing is a pool. The onsite dry cleaning, fitness center, clubhouse, business office are all amazing amenities. The only other downfall was I felt scolded by the signs. I double checked the sign to ensure I wasn't going to get towed. I understand protecting the residents and their spaces, however I feel like the signage is exceptionally forceful.

The leasing professional knows the market and prices of the property and because she also lives on the property it makes it more appealing to future residents that the leasing agent also lives in the community.

The leasing consultant's performance was great. She was very informative, professional and pleasant.

Being located within the Marina Bay complex was a real plus. The common areas and amenities were well kept, and included fire pit and BBQ areas, a gym, party room and business center. Being on the water with the city and highways nearby make this property a commuters dream!
