The community needs a minor update. The exterior needs a color change and the hallways need less lights.

I liked the way this apartment community and surrounding area was presented. It was shown as an appealing, and very friendly and warm community. It offered quite a lot of outside social activity. While the interior amenities of the community were basic, the location being close to other social areas made it more acceptable. The leasing professional did a great job painting a good picture of what it would be like to live in the community. He was flexible and seemed comfortable with me. He was able to carry on a good conversation and had control of the tour, yet was willing to answer any questions I had. While I did note the ocean smell when leaving, it did not distract the overall environment.

This property is stellar with the amenities and perks it offers. Even with no pool, it provides a unlimited access fitness center with no extra cost. The fire pit area was well thought out. The best of all besides the location is the shuttle provided to the Red Line station.

The area is secluded from the main road and located near the water. There was a high-end assisted living just next door that is a part of this community.

The owners of this community take pride and are committed to the superior upkeep of the area. The leasing agent was one of the best. He was enthusiastic, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I was very impressed with this community. It was upscale in design and amenities. It was very clean, modern, and convenient. The outdoor grilling area was fantastic and a key selling feature. I could absolutely see myself living here and being quite happy.
