The community is fabulous, with all the amenities that anyone would want. The leasing professional was very enthusiastic and helpful.

The community seemed to offer a lot for the value. I would have bumped up my ratings if I had been told about energy efficiency, or other things about the community that would make the cost of utilities go down.

The experience at this community was interesting during the initial meeting and qualifying with the representative. I was asked where I lived right now. Then, the next question was, "What are you doing way over here?" I know that there are a lot of people who may not move from state to state in there line of work, but I used it to explain in part why I was in that neighborhood. However, reality is I am moving and shopping for a new apartment. So it was not really the questions but how they were asked. Once beyond that part of the visit everything was very welcoming. I was offered a refreshment and opted to have it after returning from the tour. Although, I opted to look at other communities before I make my decision the leasing professional was still professional, courteous and made sure to remind me about taking the coffee with me.

It is a great community, very close to he highways. The leasing agent was very friendly, I felt like I was chatting with a close friendly about moving.

Although I did not see any amenities or the apartment, what I saw was great. The community was very clean and had well trimmed grass.

The community was beautiful. The layout of the buildings and grounds made it feel like a little community. The community was well kept and was quiet and clean.

I feel the rent was reasonable, the amenities favorable and the location very convenient. The property looked well cared for and is relatively new. This location would provide for a nice home.

The customer service experience during this visit was satisfactory. The leasing professional was pleasant and shared basic information about the apartment community and the amenities offered.
