Overall very nice place to live. I'm probably not the best person for feed back since I'm a tough critic :)
I would recommend for future properties, better sound proofing between floors/walls -
Higher grade appliances (more energy efficient too)
Fridge's are small
I know these are rentals, however for the rent rates - I feel they are the lowest quality and very LOUD.
Grounds are beautiful.... Trash/Recycle is more often then not over flowing since I've been here which is only been a month.
Staff is amazing, super friendly and attenative to request!
Smoking should not be permitted in any of your building, it is NASTY and for the what people pay for rent, those who do not smoke should not have to smell it...
Love the high ceilings, how bright the units are - overall - place is very nice for short term living......
I've been asked by a few if these would ever be sold as condo's so something to think about......
Gym is GREAT!!!

Not bad but they need better landscaping help. Dirty parking lots, work that could be getting done, now that snow is gone is not getting done. Maintenance in building common areas non attentive.
And yes I would still tell people its a great place to live! The maintenance crews need to step it up!

I think its great that they allow dogs! And in Summer the pool is awesome!

We really enjoy living at Edgewood. The staff is responsive when we have general questions and/or maintenance issues. They are quick in their response time and always professional. The lanscaping is attractive and the snow plowing is immediate.
We would recommend Edgewood to friends.
I would suggest that as a bonus to long-term renters that the apartments get repainted after 4 years, they really need it after this time span. Also add more BBQ's and propane tanks.

The staff are friendly and warm. The community is absolutely like coming home.

Convenient, comfortable and nice but the business office is often out of ink for days at a time and the fitness center has had equipment (treadmill tv in particular) that hasn't worked for at least six months.

I tell them that I really enjoy living here. I like the area and I like that this is suburb type living. I also like how Lincoln keeps up with the community. My apartment is a very open floor plan and I love it

Its the perfect location, can't hear the highway but right near the highway. Beautiful community with a great gym and pool. Safe and pet friendly.

The employee did a good job. It appears to be a value that is roughly in line with comparable properties for given amenities.

i have recommended edgewood to a few people who have come and looked, the rent is a little more than most people can afford however.

It's a nice place to live if you are considering apartment living.

The community was very nice and everything looked to be well looked after. The leasing agent was pleasant, though they did not really focus on my preferences too much.

The community was attractive and inviting from the street. The grounds and common areas were well maintained. The rents were acceptable for the amenities received. The location is close to nearby shopping and transportation. The Leasing Agent was sincere, informative and personable.

The community and staff were exceptional. They were friendly, patient and very professional in assessing needs and offering solutions.

I would recommend this community and the agent because he did a great job going over everything with me. I loved the apartments. They were very nice. The place was very good and well kept.
