It would be more attractive if the community had an entertainment room. Also, the leasing professional did not tell me if they offered social activities for residents. The community was in excellent shape. I was not presented with benefits of the apartment/amenities; therefore, I was not aware of them. I am not sure if I would recommend the community.

My perception as a real customer considering leasing at this apartment community was excellent. I liked what the apartment community has to offer. I liked what the leasing agent had to discuss and his approach. He was professional, pleasant, friendly and warm. He displayed a positive attitude with enthusiasm and asked and answered any questions I might have had with full answers and took additional time to discuss the managing company and their involvement.

The apartment I saw was bright, with many windows. The design and layout was open and appealing, but appeared to need some updates including replacing the Formica counter tops. The fitness center looked very small.

This was a large, attractive community with over 400 apartments, and it was located in close proximity to main routes to and from Boston and New Hampshire. There were 11 separate buildings, each three stories high.There were no elevators. There was ample outdoor parking. Garages were available as well, but there was currently a waiting list for them. The apartments were spacious and well designed with modern kitchens, large closets, and a lot of windows and natural light. The price was a great deal for the money. The community amenities were attractive and welcoming.

The apartment was average. They were cookie cutter of other apartments, and the kitchen colors were not appealing.

I feel this property was an average value for what you get. The amenities were nice but nothing out of the ordinary. The grounds were nicely maintained, and the hallways were neat and clean. The apartment was nice, but I wish there was gas cooking. The service I received was good. I would feel happy calling the community home.

I liked the on-site agent's style and her engaging manner. She focused on me and maintained good eye contact.

I loved the apartment I saw. It was beautiful and well maintained. However, the pool was way too small for the size of the community, and there was no playground for children. The rental rate seemed high for what the community offered.
