The pool addition I think is not a valuable addition and will just end up raising rents for no appreciable benefit. Over the past years I have been happy to recomment Barrington because the townhome units were spacious and the price was right for folks moving into the area (as well as being dog friendly!). I would definitely hesitate to recommend now because that value proposition is falling greatly under new management decisions.

Walls too thin, neighbor is noisy all hours of night and she lied to management and told them I “went off on her” and they took her side without talking to me or other neighbors who know my character. New mgmt is rude and my rent went way up (80 increase) right before they took over.

The neighborhood is beautiful and the townhome is nice, but the price for the rent is very high, and I have had a constant battle with cockroaches in the year and a half that I’ve lived there.
