They do nothing as a community anymore. The ladies in the office always make you like you are bothering them, when they are in the office. They either gone or in the office with the door locked ignoring anyone the comes to the door.

Knowing more amenities are coming is positive- very glad about that. The neighborhood is fabulous and very homey, and I truly feel at home in my apartment. The only setback for long term living is the lack of a carport or garage. That being said, I really love the community and adding either of those would detract from the scenery and space...so I'm ok not having them.

Overall it is a nice community. I think that more maintenance staff is needed. My single biggest complaint is that there are too many large dogs allowed here. I am literally surrounded by tenants who have large dogs that are constantly barking which cuts into my sleep and frankly diminishes my quality of life. Some people may or may not clean up after their large dogs. When we moved in here I thought that there was a size limit but even if there isn't it still creates a problem for me.
