The apartment had spacious rooms sizes and open floor plans. The forest preserve views made this community a winner.

The leasing agent was very friendly and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She treated me like a very important person and like she really wanted my business.

I would lease at this community. The scenery and landscaping is gorgeous. Everything is beautiful. The price for the area and the amenities is comparable, and you cannot beat the location. It is a quiet community with the convenience of shopping and area expressways.

The community had a lot to offer and even private entrances which was a nice touch.

It sounds like the neighbors above are stomping around, and God forbid they ever drop something on the floor by accident; it sounds like they are about to come crashing through the floor. It has been this way with two different tenants above us, and I don't fault them, as I don't believe them to be obnoxious or disrespectful. They are simply going about their daily business, and the sound just carries through. Additionally, our sound system has to be on a very quiet volume to avoid them turning in a noise complaint against us. Just to hear the TV above the sound of the HVAC fan makes me nervous that they are going to complain. Hopefully, as we did, they will get use to the fact that sound simply carries between these apartments. It's no fun living in constant fear that we are going to get noise complaints against us.

The overall community was wonderful. I could definitely see myself living there. The leasing professional was friendly and provided all the information I would need. The amenities were great and in good condition. I would refer this community to family and friends.

It was a quiet day at the office. Wendy seemed to be the only person working. She took me on tour of the outside patio area overlooking a large retention pond and outdoor pool. We also visited the fitness center, and she told me the bathrooms inside club house directly led out to pool and had showers. She was pleasant, respectful and understanding of my likes and dislikes. She made it quick and thorough. During the tour and office interaction, she was not real chatty and seemed tired. She did do her best to strike a deal before I left.
