The community was amazing! The amenities were unbelievable and well maintained. The apartment had everything that I could need. The leasing agent was awesome, with a great personality. I could definitely see myself living there. I would highly recommend this community to my family and friends.

The leasing professional seemed very sincere in helping me find an apartment to fit my needs. She spoke in a natural and conversational tone throughout my visit. After asking me questions to determine my needs, the leasing professional attempted to focus her presentation on what we discussed. This made me think she was really listening and she was sincere about helping me find an apartment to fit my needs. The way the leasing professional presented the community and the apartment was enthusiastic and she seemed genuinely proud of the features and amenities of the community. Based on the presentation of the amenities and features of the apartment, I felt like I would be happy living there and I thought it had reasonable value. I would definitely recommend the community to a friend or family member.

I thought the prices were high for what other communities were offering. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. I liked the location and all it had to offer.

The building's appearance exhibited that great care had been taken, the amenities were super, the apartment size was good and the price was fair. Another important plus was the location.

I did not feel as though it mattered whether I leased the apartment. I thought the price was very high for the size of the apartments and the way they were carpeted. Only the kitchen seemed somewhat updated. There was no attempt to relate the apartment or the community to my needs.

The location was great. This hi-rise is in the heart of the city and just two blocks to the train station. It is within walking distance to restaurants, stores and more. This is one place you can live without owning a car. The rooms in the apartment are a very nice size.

This community has it all! It is conveniently located in the heart of Arlington Heights near shopping and public transportation. Parking is easy and convenient. The community itself has state of the art designs and amenities including a gorgeous fitness center, pool area and grilling stations. The community clubhouse is perfect for entertaining a group of friends while watching a football game or hosting a birthday party. The apartments themselves have enormous closets and beautiful cabinetry and appliances. I loved it!

My perception of this community was exceptional. I felt like I was living in Chicago in the downtown area. This community offers the same environment and atmosphere, but in the suburbs. The community is beautiful and well kept. There are a lot of things for residents to do.

I was very impressed with this particular property located in Arlington Heights. It provided excellent value and superb amenities for residents. This property is located near shopping and restaurants as well.

I was impressed with the modern feel to this community. Everything seemed new and updated. There were quite a few amenities right in the community, which I liked. I really liked the idea of having both an indoor and an outdoor pool. The updated apartments made it not feel like an apartment but more like a condo. I also liked the great views.

This community is a great place to call home. The staff is very professional and concerned about fostering an exceptional environment. The apartment homes are very nice and they provide a lot of upgrades without the charge like many other competitors. I am impressed!
