I was very impressed with the apartment and the leasing agent who helped me.

The grounds of the apartment building were very nice. It was in the heart of the downtown area and very easy to walk to shops, restaurants and the train station. The pool area looked nice and had an area to grill out. The upgrades of the apartment were very nice, such as the hardwood floors and the granite countertops.

As a customer I thought the leasing professional was patient and paid attention to what I needed. The building was super nice with the amenities I could want and it ideally could sell itself but I think a bonus to the tour was the enthusiasm. I really enjoyed the experience and the location and as impressed overall.

The apartment renovations make it feel like it is a modern community. There were things that would give me pause. The common areas were warm and stuffy, especially the elevator. Also, the hallways were very, very dark.

The three staff members and the temporary employee complimented each other. It was a very professional leasing office.
