Hancock Square at Arlington Station was steps away from the Metra line direct to Chicago. The location was in a trendy downtown location with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shopping. The community offered a parking garage with an enclosed walkway on the 4th floor to keep you out of the wind and cold. The amenities and common areas were meticulously maintained. They had a 24-hour fitness room, an office work room with a free printer, and computers. They have a community room with a pool table and games and a TV, and comfortable furniture to lounge around in. They had a beautiful outdoor patio, pool, grills, and outdoor furniture. They had a second community across the street that residents would have access to, with a doggy spa. The community sponsored resident and pet events for their residents to get to know one another. It was a secure building and looked upscale and impressive—a beautiful community.

When I arrived at the property, I was immediately greeted by the leasing team. I felt all of my questions were answered and I was well taken care of. The property was spotless inside and outside. Great community I would love to move into the two-bedroom that I was shown.

The staff was very nice. I trusted the person with whom I met. I do not favor communities in the downtown areas of villages such as this, though. I would prefer being closer to the city of Chicago. However, I can not fault the community itself. The apartment was small but it did not appear that way.

The apartment community was in a great location by the train tracks. I liked the apartments that I viewed; however, it seemed a tad expensive for the age of the building.
