There are numerous issues I've experienced since living here that are unsatisfactory to me, the bldg alarm was broken for over a month the playground was downsized the volleyball court was removed disrespectful neighbours etc

The community was clean and well maintained. The leasing consultant was pleasant and well versed in community product knowledge. She presented it in a most favorable light. She displayed a willingness to assist me. I would gladly lease an apartment and definitely recommend this community to others who wished to reside in the area.

Overall, I thought the community was nice. I did not see the amenities during my tour but the apartment itself was nice and the recent renovations were well done. Generally speaking, the office staff left something to be desired. The leasing professional I dealt with personally was engaging and friendly.

The community was clean and with minimal trash in some areas. The landscaping was well maintained. The leasing agents presentation was direct and to the point. He was concerned with making sure the potential renter knew of the application process and the requirements for renting in the community

The community was well-kept. The apartment was cozy and allowed lots of natural light. I did not view the amenities. The agent was energetic and engaging. She seemed genuine.

The property was well maintained. The buildings looked really nice when you pulled into the front of the property. The grounds were very clean and the staff was friendly and professional.

For the type of property that it is, it is adequate. There are amenities here provided just like any other place, but just on a smaller scale. The leasing agent attempted to build a connection and rapport. She did an adequate job. She presented the property as if it were an A property.
