The apartment community was located in Lawrenceville. It seemed like an older property but was well maintained. The office was nice and open and gave a good feel. The neighborhood seemed quiet and clean. The model apartment was a decent size and had a large laundry room. The floor plan was spacious but the bathroom was inside the bedroom. The rental rates were reasonable and I would likely recommend it to others.

It was a very nice, but older community that was in great shape and a good lease price. However, there were newer apartments in the neighborhood. I felt the staff would make up for that and would make the community a fun place to live.

The community was not new, but it was going through some renovations. The apartment itself was spacious and was a good value for the price. The location was convenient.

The property was well maintained and the apartments are in near-new condition. They have a good variety of homes to offer, up to 4 bedrooms. They include a washer and dryer and spacious living/dining areas. The staff seems to really care about their residents and treats you very well.

I think the agent let me off too easily. Although she told me about the specials and when the next two bedroom apartment would be available, she didn't ask for a deposit or application fee that day.

The landscaping was lovely with nicely manicured grass and planting beds with nice shrubs and trees. The leasing office was nice, clean and well maintained.

I would recommend this apartment because,so far,it has been very safe and I pray it will remain so. It is very well maintained and clean and serene.

I've lived here for two years. The rent goes up every six month. They tore down half of the children's play area. Office staff is rude and always changing. They don't keep up with rent payments and send out unnecessary notices. All maintenance is patch work. I've seen human waste in breezeway for the better part of a day. The youth are loud and disrespectful. They love pulling the fire alarms at night. The trash is always over flowing which can bring pests.

Too noisy and too many people around who are disrespectful when it comes to the noise factor.
