a great place to stay nice area nice staff close to malls buckhead and expressways

I am very happy with the community and love the quiet environment. When I first moved in the property manager was different and my unit was not properly cleaned and ready for move in. The previous owner had a pet and I have pet allergies, which was an instant reaction. This was corrected, but it was a bit of inconvenience once I had moved in and had to have carpet properly cleaned. My wood covering on my cabinets and drawers in the kitchen is peeling up and has been since I moved in. Overall, my unit is very nice and comfortable. I know I will have to move to another unit to resolve the kitchen issue, but I do not want to move all my belongings again for now. The staff is friendly and the new property manager, Stephanie, is great

Staff is professional, complex is clean, apt layout is great

As a long term resident of Glenridge Walk (13 years), I can say with all honesty that there has never been a time where I regretted the decision to stay. The management has always been exceptional and the grounds are kept exceptionally clean. We have never had a noise related complaint. Until we move from the area, we can think of no reason to ever leave this property.

I really enjoy my view and the great staff on property. They are very accommodating and always willing to work with the tenants to keep us safe and happy. However, I do feel that they spruce up the front landscape but the farther back in the property you travel, there is a lack of flowers nice bushes and landscaping. It would be nice to have flowers by the buildings of 8, 10 and 11.

I love living here!! I just wish there was more parking and the ability to upgrade based on the amount of time spent here

I like the location. Apt is somewhat outdated but I know that is being worked on. Feels like no insulation and windows are pretty poor. Lately I have found 3 used condoms near my car and no one picks up after dogs. People have grills on balconies etc. Also there are some people who drive badly. Seems like clientele has changed. Not very considerate people here now like it was 2 years ago. Overall I like the location so much I try to look pass it all. Office folks are nice. I can hear everything my neighbors do and did have a smoker below me that felt like she was in my living room. Maintenance folks very nice seem overworked. Probably better than many apts in Atlanta. My daughter lives in a green apt in another state. They are really on top of things and even sent reminders about taking Christmas lights down. Outside areas are spotless. No NOISE in apt and hardly ever uses heat because so well insulated. Wish that was here.Parking is good here just uncovered.

I was impressed by this community. It had decent apartment homes that were very large for the price.

Based on my visit, I would not recommend anyone to live at the community. The apartment was dirty and not ready. The leasing agent was not engaged in the tour. The overall experience was horrible. I was not invited to see any amenities.

The community was beautiful and well kept. The grounds were immaculate, especially the breeze way.

Good location older apartments so issues may arise.

great location and pricing, but lets hope you don't ever have to deal with the management company, because it is terrible.

It's a hassle and there seems to be no consideration from management and the other tenants living here.

The pricing is cool. Nice location. Location is probably the best thing about the property. Gym is old, needs to be updated. Computer center/business center needs updating. During the summer get ready for a lot of tree roaches. Community needs a porter or valet service.

I was really impressed with everything. The community was beautiful. The leasing professionals were energetic and friendly. The apartment was in excellent condition.
