I wish there was assigned parking as I can't find parking near my apartment after 9pm. I do have to circle around a few times and park faaaaaaaaaar away... otherwise. I love the complex. window insulation in winter can be improved. I am sure I am losing a lot of AC cold as well in the middle of the summer.

The staff is very friendly and know me by name. They have always fixed issues as soon as reported. The grounds are kept up in the style of a Post Property, which it used to be. When my apartment was up for remodel, they where quick to find me a new home so I could stay on property. I feel very safe living in area and to date have had not had any issue with crime. I can hear my neighbor above me, but never to the point that it keeps me up at night. I know there are some negative reviews about pests, but I live on the ground floor and have only had the occasional unwanted visitor never a roach, just some kind of Centipede . PREFECT location if you work at three walking distance hospitals. Close to all major roads. I love to walk and the property is less then two miles from everything I need. Added plus, walking distance to Marta, so you never have to worry about rides to airport

The staff was always very helpful and maintenance request were always performed in a timely manner. The gates were unpredictable on whether they would be working on not even when they had new one installed. The only real issue I had my entire time here was I signed a lease to have a washer and dryer in the unit. A month and a half after moving in, still no washer and dryer. I had to constantly ask when the washer and dryer would be arriving and when it did they left it outside my apartment until I called and asked when it would be brought inside and installed. Once installed the settings were mixed up. The cold water setting on the washer would come out scorching hot and the other way around for the hot water setting. With that one exception I had a very pleasant time living here. I love the area and the staff was great.

I love the location and overall the complex. The complex is going through a transition now with all of the remolding so, in my opinion, there is lots of room for improvement. While I am happy about the remolding of my apartment, the quality of work was not done with excellence.

I would recommend that the staff do a thorough check of each apartment once the remold is completed that was not done in my apartment.

I would say that you can't beat the location and price, and the apartments are huge. neighbors are quiet, parking is excellent, and it generally would be a great place to live. My issues have been in two areas - the first would be dealing with the leasing office. We've had multiple issues with maintenance, and STILL have a dripping faucet and a cabinet that's hanging off that we should basically just take off rather than try to use.....we had a major leak in our ceiling that took two weeks to fix and was a pain. Maintenance did an OK job and showed up very quickly to resolve a major issue, but have completely neglected some of the other fixes like the cabinet and the leaking faucet despite multiple maintenance requests.

The leasing office completely screwed up a number of things from a financial aspect, including putting the correct rent amount on the online payment portal. There was also an initial error with our pet fee being allocated to rent, which meant that now four months into the lease we are stuck with a 630 lump sum bill that shouldn't have happened in the first place. Honestly the issues with the leasing office and incompetency with billing will have me looking elsewhere when my lease is up. The only saving grace and only reason I'd even consider staying would be location, price, and size. If the leasing agents and maintenance could get it together it would be the best place I've rented in Atlanta, and I've lived in about 8 rental properties in this city.

biggest complaint was being told I would be unable to renew lease and had to vacate and if i wished to stay in the community would have to reapply as a new resident and pay a 35 rent increase

The community is going through improvements but they have shut down most of the amenities while making the updates and not offering rent reductions or alternative places to use facilities. At the same time, the construction workers are taking up many of the parking spaces in my area.

I like living at Glenridge Walk. The parking is always a problem. For the most part the property is kept clean but residents with pets do not always clean up after them.

This is the best bang for your buck apartment to live in the North Atlanta area with quick access to Buckhead, Brookhaven, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Chamblee, and other suburbs. The easy travel to Marta also makes Atlanta times way more simple. I couldn't ask for a more homey environment.

I like living here The location is ideal, the staff is friendly and efficient, the grounds and buildings are well maintained and my apartment is delightful.
