Overall, we are very happy to reside at this apartment complex, however my only concerns which is an on going issue, new residents and their trash, storing outside their apartment's from Thursday night through Sunday. Plus the level of bugs in the communal area

I live here three years and the rent go up by a 100 every time i sign a new lease

I wish there was a little more parking but other than that the community is beautiful, sturdy and very quiet. The walls are thick and you barely hear any outside noise. Everything is clean and maintenance responds quickly to any issues. This place is more expensive than my last apartment but it's WORTH EVERY PENNY I LOVE MY HOME

This is a beautiful quiet, clean community. But the water and trash is too expensive. The late fee of $20.00 for water is crazy.

Don t judge a book by its cover the place looks nice outside but actually living there the apartment has a lot of work that needs to be done for the price I pay

The appliances are old, and function about 70%. Despite numerous request for them to be fixed/replaced, I continue to have to deal with them.

There was zero attempt to build my interest in the community, so I was not interested. The leasing professional did not offer any flexible options and honestly came across as if she wanted me to leave. I got the distinct impression they did not need any more residents because they were booked to capacity.

Its too expensive overall.

I requested few things too be repaired on my apartment on the same day everything was repaired.

The grounds are always maintained, the maintenance crew is prompt and accommodating. The office staff and manager always answer questions and resolve issues professionally. Best place I ve ever lived!

These apartments are overpriced and the leasing office staff is horrible. The previous office management was better and provided excellent service. Maintenance staff is great. Parking is the worst and kids are always riding scooters through the breezeways and knocking on doors.
