Kids who live here are disrespectful
I am sick of the kids in this neighborhood riding their bikes and scooters through the breezeways. I have tried to complain about this in the past and yet nothing changes. Just the other day they were banging on doors as they went through the breezeways.

It is a beautiful and quiet community. The maintenance department is very responsive. Parking is a problem in the afternoon.

I liked the old property manager/ management more
Used to be better. Over priced. Vallet trash serivce is horrible! I hate having to move my vallet trash can in/ out my apt everyday. The trash can is smaller than my trash can in my kitchen so I'm wasting trash bags because I can only fill them half way so I can fit it in the vallet trash can. They are slacking on the lawn care and have them mow on the weekends instead of weekdays.
resident services has gone down a lot since Vickie left the property. I have had many issue with the leasing staff

It;s a nice place to live. Apartment is nice and comfy and valet garbage pick-up is a life saver. The only thing is the doors rattle when your neighbor closes or slames their door. But other than that a great place to live.

I would tell them that the grounds are kept up. The repair staff is very responsive. Our A/C went out at about 9PM one evening and the repairman responded in ten minutes and corrected the problem. The office staff has always been courteous, and helpful.

The community is well maintained. However, it is hard to get on the phone. While I was there with the leasing agent, it seemed he was the only one working. I had to wait for him to finish with a guest. Then the lady behind me had to wait for him to finish with me just to pick up a package.
Counting the days until lease expires
NO WAY! The new neighbors above me are extremely loud. They have no consideration for anyone. The front office was notified and nothing done. You are losing a longtime tenant. I don't even know why you have reviews....nothing gets done.
