Luckily I m moving out of Mira Flores in 20 days. Today I was rudely woken up by the painting crew. I was laying in my bed when all of a sudden, there were four people walking through my apartment! Never again.

The community seems to be decent but very high in price.

I really love living at Mira Flores! The staff are extremely helpful and the maintenance workers always finish repairs within 24 hours of the service request! Living here has been hands down the BEST service from an apartment complex that I ve ever had. Mira Flores is in an amazing location too ( I love being able to walk to the movie theater on a Friday night), and the community is so beautiful and relaxing. Moreover, I ve never had a problem with parking, nor has any of my guests, which is a really hard thing to find in this area! The only potential negative would be that the countertops and kitchen floor are laminate to look like granite and wood, rather than being the real stuff. I can t say that this ever bother me at all though- they still look very nice and are functional, which is all that ever mattered to me. As a current medical student who s on a tight budget but still wants to come home to a nice apartment, I think Mira Flores is an awesome place to live! My rent is very affordable and my apartment is bigger and nicer than most of my friends apartments in the area! I definitely recommend Mira Flores!

The community had nothing that made it stand out from the competition. For what you would get in an apartment, I thought they were way overpriced.

It is a fantastic community. The agent was warm and hospitable. It would be a pleasure having my children and grandchildren visit me. I would not have to go far for anything. Everything is in house or nearby.

The above grades reflect my feelings regarding this experience. The property is flawless and apparently does not require selling. This demonstration was not selling but rather going through the motions to provide necessary information to someone who is not likely to take the option that is being offered him.

The leasing professional provided a positive impression of the community, but I felt a loner tour would have let me see more of what the community had to offer.

I like Mira Flores very much, I think the grounds look nice and the apartments are decent. The walls are thin tough. I would tell them that they have to expect a $50+ increase in rent each year. I think to raise the rent at this increase is awful. I don't get a pay increase of that much each year. What benefit do I get in paying that much more each year? Our apartment doesn't get any better each year. I would hesitate in recommending this place to my friends, I think the increase in rent is too high each year.

Every time I renew my lease the rent is raised.. The property is being priced out of marketability..
