My apartment is buggy - can't seem to get rid of ants, mosquitos, black flies, silverfish. The air conditioner is inefficient and runs almost constantly. The Location of the apartments is great.

Its a nice complex. Tammy is excellent at the front office. Need to work on lighting in units so that there is no need for as many light bulbs. I am very impressed with Hector and his crew, he gets me my bulbs and has a good attitude towards his responsibilities

Mostly quiet which is a plus. Would be better if we could pay rent a few days early not just on the 1st.

Nice amenities, very convenient to shopping, reasonably quiet, comfortable apartment layout.

The place is great and quite. The neighbors are nice and staff is friendly.

Peaceful, quiet, relaxed. Things get fixed quickly and I've never had any major issue that wasn't dealt with within a day.

The leasing professional was prepared and fully knowledgeable of the community. She was natural and friendly in her presentation, but could have shown me the apartment room by room and pointed out the features instead of asking me to take a look on my own. The community was manicured and well cared for and showed pride and a commitment to service. All amenities were in excellent condition and there did not appear to be anything lacking to make me want to live there.

Great floor plans. Responsive staff. Clean common areas. Great centralized location.

I WOULD NOT tell anyone about the roach problems that won't go away even after extermination attempts. These little guys just won't go away and I'm very clean and meticulous.

Is a peaceful place, beautiful neighborhood and the maintenance and services are awesome.

not worth the cost to stay a rent found other rentals for alot less and same size with same amenities.

I very much enjoy living in Mira Flores. It is a nice neighborhood and I have felt safe here. Unfortunately, however, I will now be having to pack up and move elsewhere because of the sudden steep increase in the already overpriced rent. I agree with what a previous renter below me wrote:

"I think to raise the rent at this increase is awful. I don't get a pay increase of that much each year. What benefit do I get in paying that much more? Our apartment doesn't get any better each year. I would hesitate in recommending this place to my friends, I think the increase in rent is too high."

I strongly agree with this. I think it is rather unfortunate that such a nice community would suddenly increase its rent at such a drastic and unnecessary level that it forces its renters to have to uproot their families and move elsewhere.
I am extremely dissatisfied.
