The community was beautiful, peaceful and manicured both inside and out. I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout the visit. The Leasing Professional was cheerful and definitely believed in the community, and that was evident throughout her presentation. She was eager to have me commit to living there, because she knew I would love it. I would definitely recommend to friends and family, because my needs were met and I felt like a valued future resident.

The community looked very nice. The exercise facility was updated and clean. Everything was well maintained. The lawns were nicely mowed. The staff was very warm and friendly.

The lakes, walking path around the lake, and the landscaping deserved an A. I could be happy living at Mira Flores.

My perception of the property is that of plushness and state of the art. I only saw a couple of residents in the business office. Based on that small sample, I could only guess that it was a somewhat young community that was appealing and not a retirement home which was not appealing.

Not very pleased with the staff getting back to you. How they have the garage set up I live in the back and my garage is in the front and when one became available downstairs from me I requested to transfer and spoke with the staff several times and haven't heard from anyone. Now that I'm expecting it makes it even harder even after signing lease that it wouldn't be a problem transferring.
