I feel that I would have rented here because the place was so welcoming and well laid out. It was very appealing that it was brand new. I really liked that part. The agent was a very good sales person and answered all my questions and seemed interested in me as a person. It had a very nice small town feel to the community.

Both the property and its presentation left me completely disappointed and unsatisfied. The community was still being constructed in areas, yet nothing I saw really stood out to me.
