The community was well maintained and appealing. All amenities were modern and in excellent condition. All staff members were friendly and professional.

It's a nice area to live in, but I can hear everything from my neighbors next door and above, and can hear their baby screaming every morning.

it s nice although the noise on the balcony echoes really bad and I can hear peoples conversations. noise on main street is loud with new construction. once homes are built it will be too crowded.

I would lease from the leasing agent. She was friendly and welcomed me to the community. The community was clean and well maintained.

The agent did a fairly thorough job of showing me the two different floor plan models. I only would like to say that I should have been asked to wait and not overlooked as I was when I arrived.

Don't like anything about Dakota's horrible management by Paige.

I searched the area for several weeks wanting a new apartment and came across this community. The layout and upgrades offered here made me fall in love with the apartment that I chose to rent for a year lease. I recently moved in and am very happy with the management staff and the maintenance man is extremely helpful. The location of this community can't be beat and I couldn't be happier with my new apartment!

It appears this will be a very nice place to call home when complete.
