It is nice to live here. I like how they keep the grounds neat and clean. It is a quiet place to live. The parking fills up quickly in the evening. Luckily I have quiet neighbors, that aren't home a lot, above me because I can hear every step they take. Other than that I have had nothing but good experiences living here.

I would tell them that I like living out here because it s very quiet and peaceful, however if you don t get in by a certain time its hard to find parking by your door, and I think that it needs to be enforced more that when guest come to visit that they park further down since parking is so limited due to the capacity of the residents. Especially when you have kids and groceries when you actually live on the property it makes it hard.

The maintenance staff is great. Always respond in a timely manner. The only downfall is the cats. I m afraid of cats, so I can t so I can t use the dumpster and sometimes I m stuck in my car because the cats wont let me out.

The agent was very professional and polite. She made me feel welcome and she seemed eager to help me. I would be happy staying there.

The amenities offered at this community is limited, but the apartment home are nice. They are a good value for the price.

I am overall happy with my stay here. Parking can be a bit crowded at night when i come home from work. Some people just dont know how to park correctly making it even harder. But other then that 5 stars down the board apartment complex.

The property was easy to locate and the main sign was in great repair. The buildings were in good repair and the landscape was healthy. The amenities were good repair and comfortable. The apartment used the space wisely. The associate was polite and attentive. She did not make small talk and did not ask about my specific needs. She did determine my basic needs and expertly showed me the apartment.

That I would choose them over many other places in the Dunn Ave area. Their only hangup is the overflowing trash that "seems to stay" around the dumpster area and their walls are thin. The security gates is never working and the apts are open to anyone who can get in. those factors i do not like. In the 6 months I have been there, the security gate worked for 1 month.

Upkeep of grounds is horrible. Staff seems inconvenienced.

The community was very quiet and clean. There were many trees which softened the look. There was not much grass however. I wasn't sure if it was because of the trees but it looked a little bare. The entrance was attractive with the flowers and the grass there. It looked very serene and peaceful.

I received mediocre customer service and did not get to view the amenities. I may or may not recommend to others.

I like it the ofc staff is nice so are the maint. guys everybody seems like they like their jobs & the residents which is cool in my book. Our grounds are always kept up to me I see them out there cleaning up daily, now we do have a lot of trees here & esp. pine trees so what the comment was saying about the debris I don't understand the apartments is tree filled the the leaves are gonna fall. We have no gym but our pool is always nice and clean, it's very quiet out here no matter what time of the day or night. The only negative thing that I would have to say about living here is that we have no gym so the positive out weigh the negative I'd pick peacefulness over a gym any day. I would highly recommend living here to anybody.....sn: can we please get some doggy stations out here????

The pool area is the only amenity I observed. The common areas were in need of attention. Leaves and dirt obstructed the walkways. The grassy areas had debris. The leasing professional was pleasant and friendly. She attempted to sell the apartment based on her needs. We did not connect. She did not ask questions help her understand my needs other than the size of the apartment. The community presented well from the main street. The grounds were not maintained. The presentation of the community and apartment did not highlight the amenities and benefits of living at the community. I do not feel confident in recommending this property. The leasing agent was pleasant and friendly.
