The agent had great customer service skills. Also the property was beautiful and well kept up. It also had great renovations. The amenities were appealing. The only thing that would stop me was no ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

It is usually quiet here. When you call the office the staff they are professional they do take care of any issues you have. The units are small and the fixtures are extremely dated in my apartment and it wouldn't hurt for maintenance to do some sanding on the walls its seems as if the walls in my unit have been painted over multiple times without sanding, especially in the kitchen it looks bad.

It is generally clean and quiet. The maintenance people and office support staff are awesome The trash area needs extra attention on the weekends. Some neighbors cause me anxiety. The office manager was rude and unprofessional to me on at least 3 occasions. I avoid Kenya the manager.

Somebody was to ask me about living here I would not recommend I due management personnel unprofessional. I had an issue, told management about my issue, got resolved and they're still finding someway to kick me out even though they never notified me about the issues until the issue was all resolved.

You will love the area. very clean and any service is taken care of in a timely manner.

I really love living here The grounds are kept up and the units are updated. Maintenance is Awesome.I have reported something at 3pm and by the time ive gotten home its completed. Although I do most of my business on the online website versus coming into the office to put orders in or pay rent the staff is very friendly and understanding. I love the convenience of being able to go online to pay rent or request maintenance as i am never home when the office is open.
The only thing that i don't like is the fact that there is a lack of parking around my building. There is a black vehicle parked that appears to be inoperable in front of my building taking up a valuable spot and visitors are allowed to park in our spots. Please fix this That's the only thing bad I have to say about Northlake. If my rent dosent raise too much, ill be here for a very long time

It's quiet, well kept and great for singles, JTA riders and or disabled. I thought I wouldn't like it from Miami , but I have to admit, Northlake Apartments was a great choice for me Great staff AND maintenance crew

The staff are friendly, its not too noisy like most apartments and it also close to my job.

It's a apartment complex, there's good and bad. But mostly good. I wish in the near future they add another laundry mat, there is only one with 6 washers and 6 dryers. That's not enough for a complex of this size. However, it is fairly quiet and the neighbors are nice as well.
