This community offered excellent customer service from the office staff and attention to detail. The grounds around the entrance/leasing office were clean of litter and manicured well. The apartment I toured was clean, smelled great and had appealing renovations, specifically in the kitchen. I felt the service, amenities and condition of the home were in line with the price offered to me of the apartment home.

The model was nice and the staff was very nice. The community felt dated and not very welcoming. The pool looked nice but the air conditioning in the exercise room was broken. We walked past the tennis courts and they looked shabby. I do not like the color of the communities buildings and they do not give off a good feeling.
