The community was very nice with all of the amenities. The grounds were well maintained. The staff was very friendly.

The apartments were very up to date. The buildings were modern, clean, looked new and very well maintained. The pool area was clean and looked inviting. The apartment itself was immaculate and clean. The amenities were great and the layout of the apartments were very nice. I would definitely rent there if I were looking.

The leasing community was inviting the moment I walked in. Both consultants I talked with were happy to have me there and to assist me. There was not a moment I was waiting or wondering what was to come. The consultant made the effort in satisfying any concerns I had, and made them completely go away. The only negative was no playground on-site. However, for more exercise you can take a short five minute walk down the street to the park.

Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment community. The staff was very friendly and engaging, and took genuine interests in my wants. They applied an appropriate amount of urgency, by selling the apartment homes in such a way that it made me not want to miss an opportunity to live there. The community was very well kept, and the apartment layout itself was very impressive. The amenities were also a plus, with things such as resident gatherings a very big plus. This was both a beautiful property with an overall great atmosphere, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to rent an apartment.

This visit was an informative and pleasurable experience. Both staff members were personable, friendly, and welcoming. The leasing professional who gave me the tour was genuinely caring and was focused on my needs. The community was exceptionally clean, attractive, and well cared for. The landscaping was beautiful, well cared for, and resort-like in appearance. The apartment I toured was in good shape, was freshly painted in warm colors with white trim, and had interesting architectural features which were painted white which made them stand out. Both staff members represented the management company in the best possible light, and I would not have hesitated to make this community my new home.

My experience with the tour of this apartment community, was the best by far. The grounds were so flawless, I wondered how they could be so perfect. The size was so spacious, with such warmth it gave me that, I-cannot-wait-to-move-in feeling. The staff was also warm and courteous and I could not find one negative reason not to move-in, as soon as possible. This community was beyond my expectations.

I thought the grounds of this community was beautiful. The gardener had everything looking beautiful. The office was very warm and inviting as well. I thought the apartments were nice, but nothing that wowed me.

I honestly was very impressed with this community. It had everything I was looking for and more. It had a 24 hour fitness center which is outstanding and I loved the having the washer/dryer in the apartment. The leasing professional was professional and treated me with respect. She was likable and easy to talk to. She really focused on my wants and needs and did a great job pointing out how the community and apartment could meet those needs.
