The price seemed fair considering what was offered inside the apartment and the community.

This community provided unique interior features as well as unique exterior features that made it one of a kind.

I would recommend this apartment community to all I encounter.

The rent seemed high for the community. Other communities also had a racquetball court, tanning, party room for rent and were less or the same price for fees.

It was a very pleasant visit. The consultant was very friendly and professional. She listened to my comments and addressed all of my needs. She was very confident and knew her community.

This place was amazing. The property is kept up so beautifully and it felt like a place you could really stay for a long time. I felt safe there and felt like I was on vacation due to all the different amenities. I felt as a women who would e living alone my safety would never be an issue.
I can totally understand why they are at full capacity this place was paradise.

I loved the floor plan of the apartment. I felt as if I would have my own separate home with the attached garage in the layout of the floor plan. It did not feel like a traditional apartment. I would consider moving there myself.

I completely enjoyed my tour of this community. The consultant was professional, supportive and caring of my needs. The property was well kept and very attractive with a comfortable feeling. I could see myself living there.

The amenities were excellent. They were very well maintained and was a definite plus to renting there. Employees appeared very friendly and helpful.

I was very impressed by the community. I thought for the money that you would pay, you would get a good deal. I would recommend the community to friends and family.

It's a nice apartment and I did like the leasing agent. There were a few times I felt badgered a little, and if she would just acknowledge that she didn't understand what I was saying or ask for a description rather than just assuming that I said something she expected to come out of my mouth and going on.

The apartment was gorgeous and the consultant presented it in an excellent manner. She pointed out all of the issues that were important to us and did an excellent presentation. She talked about the management and community in such a positive manner and made it seem like the best possible community for us to live in. This was one of the very best visits we had done due to her thoroughness and product knowledge and the way she presented the apartment pointing out the red wall and etc.

The staff was friendly and professional. The grounds were well maintained. The apartments had a very good floor plan. Both apartments had a lot of storage space.

Although the apartment and community were exceptional, I was most impressed by the caring staff. Based on that alone, I would rent here.

The community was newer and the common areas and amenities were all state of the art and impeccably maintained. The apartments were modern and spacious and the rents were a great value. The Leasing Professional was upbeat, knowledgeable and organized. The community seemed like a great place to live but the fact that it was so far from the city was a bit worrisome. I would still probably recommend this community to others.
