The community was nicely appointed as was the apartment itself. It looked like a resort and the landscaping was meticulously taken care of. The staff was friendly and gave the impression they worked together well. The pricing seemed a bit on the steep side, yet consistent with the amenities.

As a real customer, I would choose to live at this property. The leasing professional was professional and thorough in her presentation of the apartments and amenities. She asked questions and she listened well. She was focused as she spoke about the prices, apartment amenities, and the surrounding area. She appeared to be knowledgeable about her job and the community. The amenities were wonderful, including the washer/dryer inside the apartment. Having a fitness center was also a great benefit.

In general the community was clean with the exception of a lot of leaves on the walkways. The residents seemed friendly and active. The pricing was a bit higher than expected compared to other apartments in the area. The neighborhood was among medical facilities and businesses.

The community had a positive curb appeal. The entrance was very appealing and welcoming with the community management flags anchoring each side of the leasing office entrance. The grounds were neatly landscaped and free of litter. I was provided with all the information I needed to make a decision to rent. I was shown a beautiful apartment with an attached garage and the apartments were modern and spacious. One of the best features of the two bedroom was the separate and large dining area. I loved the direct entry from the garage and the dual sinks in the master bathroom. The rents were reasonable for the apartment. The amenities were what I expected for a newer community. Overall I was very pleased with my visit.
