I would recommend it based on location and its new.

The community offered a spacious two bedroom floor plan. The bedrooms were spacious. The apartment was nicely upgraded with granite counter tops and wood flooring. The community amenities were appealing. The leasing staff was friendly and welcoming.

I would be happy living here. It had everything I would want.

It has met our needs, and would probably for most people in our circumstances.

This is a clean and attractive gated community located in the heart of Visalia. There are several floor plans to choose from and all come with washer/dryer units and plenty of storage. Some units come with single car detached garages. Amenities include a 24 hour fitness center and clubhouse, a swimming pool/spa area, courtesy patrol and 24 hour emergency maintenance. This community is also pet friendly. Staff is accommodating and professional.

This is a lovely, new community in a quiet neighborhood.

I think the rent is a bit high for the level of pay average for the area.

It's too expensive, and I would have expected lower electricity rates for a one bedroom, considering the solar panels.

I loved the apartments. I would definitely move in to one in a heartbeat.

The overall experience was pleasant and went smoothly. The community was well kept and appealing. The consultant made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I would have leased based off my experience.

I would recommend this community. It is new so, and everything was in good condition. It had the amenities I would want in a community.
