The apartment is pretty new and I like how everything looks outside and how it's always lit on the walkways. However, rent is quite high and utility fees is also incredibly high and quite unpredictable.

The community was beautiful; however, it was very expensive. The staff was not very friendly, which was a disappointment to me especially when you need to call office, I would feel uncomfortable.

The community looked like somewhere I would want to live. The leasing professional seemed friendly and knowledgeable answering my questions. She did not push me moving in which made me feel comfortable, but at the same time I felt that she did not care one way or the other.
