One of the better community properties that I have visited. The best word for it was "gorgeous" to describe the clubhouse and all that was within. It contained all the community amenities that you could ever want. The apartments are very spacious with washer and dryer, and an assigned garage to boot. It is convenient to so many things on the outside of the community as well and it is also conveniently located near the 10 and 210 freeways.

The agent was professional and was informative about the community and features of the apartment.

This was a beautiful community. The grounds were very well kept up. I did not see any dull paint, litter or debris and everything looked fairly new, or recently painted. I could tell this community had a commitment to excellence. I also felt the price was fair for what was offered. I liked the clubhouse that offered printing/faxing, and even a place to have business meetings. The cyber cafe, and movie theater were great selling points as well as the Ipod docking areas which allowed music to be played through the speaker systems in the room. Great community. I would definitely recommend to friends.

The community was clean and beautiful. The two bedroom model was amazingly spacious. It was hard to believe it was an apartment. The amenities in the apartment and community included everything I would want in an apartment home.
