The community was beautiful and well kept. The apartment that was shown was very spacious and comfortable. The leasing agent was very genuinely interested in finding a place that would meet my need and make me happy. I would love to call this community my home.

This is the first property that I have toured with a movie theater. I thought this was great, and I would like to see more of the unusual amenities. One feature I suggested was a ping pong table.

The location of this community was central to freeway access, great shopping, the mountains, and a number of surrounding area events. The apartment was warm and felt like a home with lots of living space. From the coffee in the WiFi cafe to the comfortable theater, the amenities were some of the best I have seen. I would be happy to recommend this community to my friends and family.

Personally I really do like living here versus other apartments I've stayed in the past. Leasing staff are friendly and I've never had any problems with them before. The shopping center out front is filling up now and its convenient having a 7 Eleven within walking distance. I don't see why I wouldn't renew my lease, love it here.

This community is a hidden gem. I did not expect such a nice community in the area.

The sales presentation could have been more focused and we should have felt that the agent was interested in getting us to rent there. The way that she talked down to us was very uncomfortable. When asked if she lived there, she just said no.
