The leasing professional and other staff members were very welcoming and friendly. The community looked dated and but well maintained.

The leasing agent did a good job providing information about the community, the surrounding area, the apartment features and requirements to lease. The apartment was average for the price.

The community's apartments were a little over priced but it was in the heart of convenience for stores, restaurants, and two major freeways.

If I was a real customer looking for an apartment, I would lease at this community. The leasing agent was attentive, knowledgeable and helpful.

I think the leasing agent showed off the property very well, pointing out all of the quality built into the apartments.

The staff was great. The amenities were average, but the pool was nice.

The community was a little dated on the outside, but the upgrades inside were a pleasant surprise. The lower level apartments had a fantastic privacy fence that looked new. The community was quiet, and even though located on a busy road, there was not a lot of noise once inside the property walls.

I liked the community but the apartment needed to be updated just a little for the price, there was no central air. Overall, the apartment was in good condition and it was clean.

Liz was very enthusiastic about the community. She showed the apartment and amenities with enthusiasm and pride. I did see in the apartment model that the cabinets did not close properly. I could see that the cabinets had new handles and "another" layer of fresh paint. I also saw clumps of paints in the fresh paint job. It looked like the cabinets had over 10 layers of paint on them. The landscaping was clean and cut. At the same time the landscaping grass had empty dirt spots. The walkways throughout the apartment had built up grime and drink spills. The stairways are in need of serious scrubbing. Liked that there was one week that showed resident appreciation week.

The customer service I experienced was accommodating and commendable. The amenities I saw were ordinary but well kept. There was one very notable old beautiful tree on the property. The floor plan I saw was simple but very spacious and efficient for a one bedroom apartment. One must be prepared to furnish or rent their own microwave and refrigerator.

The leasing agent was amazing. She had such a great attitude. I would recommend this community to others.

The leasing professional was personable and professional. She was knowledgeable about both of her communities and presented the community to meet the needs I had expressed. She appeared to be genuine in wanting me to lease. However, I did not feel that she should have been chewing gum during the meeting.
