The community is located close to freeways, and has plenty of laundry facilities on-site. The apartment is outdated. The staff is wonderful and very energetic and seems to be happy at the community.

This community offers two seperate sections that have their own amenities. There is a pool and BBQ area and a nice size laundry room. The apartments are all remodeled and spacious and have a nice size patio. They also offer A/C and plenty of closet and cabinet space.

The apartments were nice and clean inside. As I waited, a young man in his car drove up to the property with loud music blaring out of the car. He had all windows down. There were kids from time-to-time on skateboards, and some playing around with the gate mechanism, or hanging around the leasing office/gate/driveway. Though the presentation was great, and it was unfortunate I did not get to see the context of the apartments relative to the community setting, my perception was based on what I saw outside of the gates with the car and loud music, and children hanging around the gate. I would not want to have to encounter them too often to insure they were safely out of the way of the car.

Overall, the visit went very smoothly. I would return to the location in the future to lease an apartment.

The property had nice, clean landscaping with beautiful, mature trees. The staff was very helpful and made me feel welcome. I originally thought the apartment was overpriced, but then I took it's location into account and realized that it must be in line with similar properties in the area. Overall, the apartment was very pleasant, if not up-to-date, and the customer service seemed excellent.
