The community had beautiful views and very nice, clean amenities. It had wonderful ocean breezes. The apartment themselves were nicely redone, but very small. The patio was very small and overlooked the parking lot. They did a nice job remodeling the community and the apartments.

Every member of the team at the Seacrest community with whom I came in contact was friendly and welcoming. Due to the recent remodel/renovations made to the property, this community was very appealing, but not cutting edge. These property improvements definitely showed community pride. The landscaping was fresh and very attractive. The leasing professional was chock-full of energy and ingenuity. She led the tour with knowledgeable, professional enthusiasm. Her sales manner is engaging and she was able to answer my questions and overcome my objections quite well. Based upon my experience while visiting this property, I know I could feel very comfortable living there. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The rental rates are what I expected for San Clemente; it is a beautiful and peaceful area, and I wouldn't mind paying more money than I'd budgeted for to live there. The 24 hour availability of the fitness center is worth the higher rent, in and of itself; not to mention the breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean from the treadmills! The designer touches within the apartments added to the appeal of the Seacrest apartment home community. These apartments are very appealing. My daughter actually did recommend that I visit this community, and I would have no qualms about recommending it to others, as well.

The business center and fitness center had state of the art equipment which was nice. The community was well maintained and free from trash. The leasing professional was friendly and professional. She seemed sincere in relating the apartment to my needs. It seemed as though it was second nature for the leasing professional when it came to discussing the apartment and amenities. The rate seemed appropriate for the area and amenities available. It seemed like a nice place to live. I would recommend it to my families and friends.

I had a wonderful experience at the community. The agent was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She treated me like a friend instead of a prospect, and she made me feel as though she really wanted to help me find what I was looking for in my new home. She built a connection with me during friendly conversation throughout my visit and made me feel as though she really wanted me to live there.

The leasing professional was a pleasure to work with. He was witty and enthusiastic. He conducted himself as a professional at all times. His words and actions conveyed his genuine interest in assisting me to find my new apartment home. I am being candid, and he only increased my interest in the community. If I had actually been looking to move, I would definitely consider leasing at the community.

The community was beautiful and quiet with ocean views. The swimming pool area was resort-like and also afforded an ocean view. The apartment seemed worth the lease price, since it had everything I was looking for. The leasing professional was personable and focused on customer service.

This apartment community was absolutely outstanding. From the breathtaking views to the phenomenal staff, it was worthy of its monthly rent. The lengths the staff went to make it a pleasurable living environment were amazing.

A good temporary option. One of the best kept secrets. Good location, close to schools, freeways and beaches. Staff was very friendly and open.

The community is undergoing positive changes through rehabilitation. Construction year is 1989 but the interiors are surprisingly new. Roofs are being replaced and the pool area is closed for new changes. The exterior is clean and gives tenants views from the hilltop locations. The community gives a positive impression to a visitor and prospective tenant.

This community was situated in an excellent area, giving the feeling of being in the country and yet offering the presence of a coastline less than a mile away. The upgrades were wonderful.

Both leasing professionals did a good job of being friendly and thorough.
