The property was clean and well maintained. The landscaping and grounds were clean. The apartment was clean and well maintained. It looked attractive and appealing. The staff was professional and well groomed with name badges. The leasing office was warm and comfortable. However, the leasing agent was not warm and welcoming. I would not consider renting at the property and would not recommend it to others.

This was a wonderful community nestled in a quiet street near parks and an elementary school. It featured a beautiful, breathtaking ocean view from the swimming pool and spa area, which appeared to be a resort like community. I was impressed with the open air fitness center. The two bedroom apartments were very spacious. They also featured gourmet kitchens with fully equipped kitchens. The kitchens also came with stainless steel appliances. The leasing agents here were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I think that this was a great place to live and call home.

The fitness center has an open air feel to it. The view is awesome. The pool area looks like you are at a resort.

Seacrest community had the best location in San Clemente. Beautiful views of Dana Point Harbor from the pool, barbeque areas as well as when you workout. The friendly and professional management team were warm and inviting. The facilities were all remodeled and efficient. A beautiful place to call home!
