I just don't think the price of rental matches the quality you receive. Parking isn't the best too. A 3 bedroom should have more than 1 spot.

Overall nice, and comfortable, but small things like only cold water for washer, and the new gates i believe are to far into the driving area of the complex.

I injoy living here and would strongly recomand them to anyone family and friends.

Its a decent complex, its WAY better than when I first started living there, but unless you can afford the top apartment it can be hard to enjoy peace and quiet

Rent is too high considering the location and the constant construction.

Provided they did not mind the small space and high price.

Rent goes up every year and being retired I have not gotten a raise and I am on a fix income.
