It is way overpriced for the value. You cannot utilize the clubhouse for gatherings. The swimming pool and hot tub were out of commission for way too long. The treatment in the office is quite often snobbish. Personnel turn over is crazy. Nobody seems to last very long. I havent had water in my kitchen sink for 2 days now. I contacted the office the first day and emailed maintenance the second day and there was no response.

I would. But other residents that live here feel like they don't have to follow any rules. Throwing trash around. Or not picking up their dog poo. Paring in red zone. And having kids under 16 un supervise.

Community infested with roaches. Pest control said he has repeatedly told them to call the county about the problem but they have not. They pretend the infestation doesnt exist but pest control literally showed me a list of 50 apartments he had to spray that day and said he gets complaints everytime hes here.They close office early with out notice and never answer the phone or return calls. Have a problem printing work orders always have to remind them.

Lease amount increased 150 in one year. Higher than my neighbours in the same building !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Explain that.

The loud music and cars driving fast is a bit of a negative for me.

When we moved in we were told the grounds were going to be done, there was no gate that now we hear all day and night slam shut. However, it is nice to have shopping and some restaurants close by. There is very little extra parking and we don't really like the trash valet, it is very inconsistent.
