My underlying reasons for recommending this community are clear. Living here you're centrally located first of all and more importantly, it's a very comfortable, polite athmosphere where you find courteous personnel and friendly neighbors which make living here truly special!

I recommend them very highly , nice apts and safe area

Based on everything we have experienced I would not.

It is well maintained and people are friendly.

I will not recommend because every year you are increasing the rent, regardless of economy situation.

I would steer people to a place where the rent is better suited for the area and the staff warmer.

The complex can be noisey at times, barking dogs, people yelling. Overall it's a nice place to live. The grounds are kept clean and the response in maintenance requests is timely. Even with my recent rent increase I still enjoy living in this complex.

I am located at the entrance and the noise level is pretty high. Residents seem like to rev their cars and motorcycles.

Difficulty with getting things taken care of, increase in cost with no upgrades.

Because my experience has been wonderful.
