The smoking is a major turnoff and excessive young kids in the pool who often don't live on the property in the summer.

Your prices compared to your luxury standards are very off. I truly feel like you lied.
James, I am sorry you feel betrayed by our pricing. I know that you did take over an existing Lease where the rental rate was already in place. We do value your residency and hope that you will give us an opportunity to address any issues within your home you are experiencing.

Pretty noisy and upstairs neighbor (very heavy walking either early, early am, 4~5am or late at night, 1`2am). Lot of debris, water and trashes falls through porch and litters our porch area.
