There was only one small sized swimming pool on-site. I liked the community location. It was close to shopping and the center of the city.

The community amenities were well maintained and attractive in appearance. The common areas were trimmed and lovely in appearance. The leasing professional was pleasant and had a nice personality, with a sincere and genuine demeanor. He tailored his comments according to my stated needs, using a natural and engaging manner. The community would work for me, and the value was reasonable for the quality offered. I would recommend this community to friends and family.

The community had an energy, but is not too busy. There were people using the facilities, but there was an overall calm. The floor plans were very interesting and I liked the flow of the rooms. There were nice views to the hills and breezes kept it cool on a hot day.

The two bedroom/two bath, plan seven was amazing. It had no common walls with other residents, which afforded extra privacy. The dual master bedroom apartment offered spacious bedrooms and lots of closet and storage space.

I enjoyed working with the leasing professional. We related well to each other and our conversation flowed easily from one topic to the next. She was proud of the community and happy to be working for Western National Property Management. She wanted to make a positive difference at the location. Her enjoyment and comfort of living in the community supported the possibility of my becoming a resident. She related to my preferences and I felt she did her best to fulfill my needs for my apartment home. She was, for me, the right combination of assertive and persuasive, but not so much to be considered pushy. She respected my responses. There was a comfort level established that made me feel I was already a part of the community.

This was a nice community. It was central to the area and everything needed was within walking distance. I really liked how the agent tied living there with saving gas money. My ears really perk up when I can save money! The apartments were really nice also and she took full advantage when showing them. She had a great way of making me feel I was directing the way by giving me so many selections to choose from. The grounds were well kept and the day was beautiful for viewing them. There was an air of luxury about the community, like a hidden gem at the base of a beautiful mountain. I would recommend.

This residence was a good deal, especially considering its location. The proximity to restaurants and the lake was a key selling point.

It was a nice experience. I think the agent did a good job and she appeared to be very sincere in helping find what I wanted. I did feel that the apartment did not live up to the description that Jennifer gave me. It sounded great and really spacious. but when I got there it really was just an average two bedroom apartment.

The agent was very likeable, easy to talk to and listened to what I needed. She made sure everything I wanted was offered and if not she was willing to help me find something else.

This was a very enjoyable site tour. It all had to do with the leasing professional. The property all looked great, but the leasing professional made me want to live there. Every time he thought I really liked something, he would mention the deposit check. He always went back to what was important to me and genuinely wanted to show me he could meet my needs. I really wanted to rent from the leasing professional. He really wanted the deposit check.

The community was located within walking distance to many of the areas finest business establishments, yet was situated close enough to hiking trails and parks, which made it a perfect area to call home.

This was a very clean community and the amenities were nice. I enjoyed the view from the location.
