The community is located near several local conveniences that are in close proximity to the community. The community offers appealing amenities. The floor plans were spacious in size. The kitchen appliance package was nice. The leasing staff was friendly and helpful.

The Leasing Professional was very energetic and upbeat throughout the entire presentation. The Leasing Professional gave me her full attention and made me feel very welcome. The exchange for rent was a very good deal. I would very likely recommend this community to friends.

I liked the community and the floor plans. The bathrooms were small and I know there was not much that can be done to change that. The upgrades were low quality and could have been much more appealing. The leasing agents were all very friendly and accommodating. The community room is not open to residents, so it is not a benefit unless you rent it out for a fee.

The community was flawless in upkeep and aesthetics. There were a number of varied routes for access to the main veins giving access to the freeways and large shopping areas. The swimming pool showed itself as being idea for lap swimming, and an LA Fitness was nearby. The leasing agent did not fail to fit my life demands directly into the community and into the apartment.

This apartment was the perfect place to sit back and enjoy a cup of tea. It had a nice size patio, with washer/dryer connections. The living area was a bit small, but it hardly was a typical two bedroom apartment. The agent was very good and professional.

The full size washer/dryer should be included with the apartment. The garage is very convenient, but it would be better if there was direct access from the garage to the apartment. The balcony was nice and large, and the community was quiet and relaxing. The staff appeared helpful and willing to please.
