Located close to shopping malls and eating establishments and nearby highways was a plus.

The community was located right in the middle of the Irvine/Orange County business area and had good access to shops and restaurants that made it a complete area to be a part of.

Overall, I thought the apartments were a very nice, well kept community to live at. I just did not care for the underground parking.

I felt as if he was providing me with enough information to make a good decision about leasing an apartment there. He answered my questions and addressed my objections. I felt he genuinely cared about helping me to find my new home at the community.
